Sharpening Machine
We believe this to be the only sharpening system on the market made specifically for woodturners. It is a "belt and buff" system with a unique incremental vee-block placement device. The machine is extremely fast - - - taking less than ten seconds to sharpen a chisel, including set up! This system is so accurate that you may expect over 1000 sharpenings per inch of blade! It is so fast and easy to use that we promise you will never again suffer with chisels that are anything less than perfectly sharp. The machine works equally well on both gouges and skews from 12" to 28" in length. (not intended for scrapers) Machine body and motor made in China or Taiwan, all other parts - U.S.A.
- 1/3 HP, 110 V AC motor

- 150 grit 4 x 36 belt
- 6" diameter buffing wheel on special adaptor with nut and washers
- Emery buffing compound
- 3/4" birch plywood base board drilled for 20 positions geometrically spaced
- Rock maple vee-block with steel pins having bullet points
